LAKEVIEW KITCHEN

Thanks to an outdated, too-small kitchen and a formal dining room that served its family better as a playroom, these homeowners were ready for a big change. We removed the wall separating the kitchen and dining room, and expanded the kitchen to be over 50% larger! With the remaining space from the old dining room, we added a full scullery pantry - complete with a second full sink, dishwasher, oven, microwave and plenty of food storage. Our client loves blue and bling, so a navy island and sputnik pendants bring the pizzazz that she's always dreamed of for her forever home kitchen. Since the home's layout left very little space next to the garage entry door, Compelling Homes also built a completely custom locker system, hidden inside the tall cabinets on the right side of the kitchen. Even still, "I can't believe the amount of storage I have now - I put all my things away and still have empty cabinets!" says our very happy customer.
